Refund policy

Physical products:

You may cancel an order of a physical product within 24 hours of placing the order.

A replacement of the physical item purchased or a refund will be offered if a problem is reported to the customer support contact provided in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.

Digital products:

Due to the nature of digital products, digital download orders cannot be canceled.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact digitalriverprints@gmail.com about any concerns with your order, and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

Items sold as DIGITAL DOWNLOAD are not physical items. You will download the purchase to your device in the form of a high quality digital file, which can then be printed as detailed in the listing you purchased. Thank you!
